Our apartments have existing basic cable and wireless internet service. The setup process is simple and the service is hassle-free.

The clubhouse/community room is available for use during regular business hours.

We do allow co-signers and guarantors, and they need to make 5 times the monthly rent.

Rent only reflects your monthly rent. All utilities are paid separately.

Our fees include: $75/person application fee, $175 is required to hold the apartment, and a security deposit ranges from $300 up to 1 month's rent.

We have TWO dog parks equipped with agility equipment for our furry friends to get plenty of exercise.

We have a state-of-the-art fitness center with free weights, cardio machines, and bikes that will help you achieve your fitness goals. The fitness center closes at 10 p.m. each evening.  If you are interested in a 24-hour membership, please speak with a Leasing Professional.

We are professionally managed by Buckingham Management, LLC. Our team is on-site during posted office hours. Don't forget to program the property number in your phone once you move in.

All of our parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and does not require a permit.  Guest parking is also available. We do offer reserved spots at carport locations for $30 per month.
